TrueCommerce EDI Solutions vs Infocon Systems WebEDI: Which is best for you?

The knowledge regarding integrations with JTM's specific ERP system is extremely helpful when we run into integration issues or certain mapping difficulties.

Honestly, it is difficult to find something that is a not a positive experience with TrueCommerce. If i had to point one con out it would be i wish we could implement more of our order processing through them.

I find the system to be very intuitive -- I just wish there was a better way for me to sync EDI with my offline excel templates for order submissions to my warehouse

The system is cost effective and the customer support has allowed us to grow EDI partners without issue.
