- I pay for the mid-grade level of the app and you only get 900 SMS texts a month which include all automated messages from your business to the client and all two-way communication (singular or mass texts) to the client as well. If you go over the 900 you are forced to buy more texts.
- It was designed primarily for walk services so there are a few odd things about overnight bookings, but it lets me manage my business at my own pace which is really awesome.
