HubSpot CRM vs B2B Rocket: Which is best for you?

Overall, Hubspot is a great tool for a $1m+ business that is looking to increase functionality in their business as it relates to customer service, lead acquisition and management, product delivery, taking payments, and more.

Also, it is not the best for Email Marketing Campaigns for some reason that is beyond my understanding. If you compare that functionality, in my experience, Outreach (again, for some reason beyond my understanding) can send massive amounts of emails, without compromising the company's email domain.

B2B Rocket made prospecting much more manageable and organized, saving me hours of manual work every week. While there are small limitations in flexibility and occasional minor glitches, the platform reliably helps me reach the right people, maintain consistent follow-ups, and grow opportunities faster than before.

The onboarding process had a steep learning curve, especially for customizing the AI agents to align perfectly with our brand voice—it took longer than expected to get everything dialed in without more guided tutorials.
