Their software works flawlessly (when it works), and allows users to display reviews in a variety of ways on the business' website

Sometimes I get a little lost while searching for things on the site.

I haven't used it much, but the feature to create graphics to share on social platforms is handy also.

Would not engage with this company based on my experience trying to find out more about their service and that their pricing is not straight forward, unless you are a business that needs reviews based on multiple physical store locations...
