eMaint CMMS vs Coast: Which is best for you?

The software is flexible and customizable with the use of reports which allows the user to create their own in order focus on certain areas of inventory, assets or workorders.

Some sites that were using SAP PM had Asset Tree in use for a Asset search engine and eMaint tree is not having the same functionality so it is not very useful for those kinds of users.

It has streamlined our operations, improved accountability, and provided us with data we never had before to make smarter budgeting decisions for our properties.

I wish the report module was a bit more flexible. While the standard reports cover 95% of our needs, creating a highly custom, one-off report can be a bit clunky and requires exporting data to Excel.
