It’s a great product that makes day‑to‑day work much easier, and it effectively supports both private and legal aid matters, which is essential for managing our current caseload and billing.

Every other case management system that I'm aware of has what I'd call a "matter balance report" this report lets you see everything that you need to know in one place and in my view is absolutely essential for the smooth running of a law firm. Whilst we've been offered a report via Power BI, this is extremely complicated to use, doesn't reflect true office figures and is just not good enough.

It helps our teams stay aligned, keeps cases moving, and provides consistent data we can rely on.

The biggest downside has been around integrations and responsiveness. Despite submitting a simple request for read-only API access, we haven’t received any response for weeks.
