- The elegance of integrations and presentation makes it look like we have a dedicated team of professionals running our digital marketing, but it's just Harness and our office staff.
- Many of the things they hail as features, I see as ways that would discourage people to give, such as keeping up via text messages (intrusive), recurring donation wall you have to opt out of in front of option to make one time donation, not easy to integrate campaigns with actual website (everything is an external link).
