UserWay Accessibility Widget vs Dovetail: Which is best for you?

I got the UserWay widget because we want to help out all of our patients including ones that are special needs and to make our website accessible to everyone.

I would comment the language selector, I don't like how it flashes the native language and then it translates it, this has to do with how the page loads then userway widget but its not a great experience in my opinion.

The ability to centralize all our research data, tag insights, and create visualizations helps us spot trends quickly and make better decisions

The inability to limit access to a single recording from within a folder makes it challenging to collaborate when proprietary information is involved.
