Todoist vs Coast: Which is best for you?

Todoist is helpful to me because I track projects, use reminders (for the much-needed automation that Notes and a notebook don't provide), and interact with the app throughout the day.

Reliable features are only available on paid plans like set reminders, chronological views and unable to collaborate in any way

It has streamlined our operations, improved accountability, and provided us with data we never had before to make smarter budgeting decisions for our properties.

I wish the report module was a bit more flexible. While the standard reports cover 95% of our needs, creating a highly custom, one-off report can be a bit clunky and requires exporting data to Excel.
