I wish the report module was a bit more flexible. While the standard reports cover 95% of our needs, creating a highly custom, one-off report can be a bit clunky and requires exporting data to Excel.

I like the ability to have public request portals for our tenants to submit maintenance requests and the workflow allows us to review the request before turning it in to a work order.

It logs me out often and doesn't allow me to upload pictures directly from my phone to the app. If I take pictures, I need to email them to myself and then use the web browser.
