Their many many features make our business model possible, and their new analytics feature allows us for an incredible in-depth review of all of our customer's engagement and metrics.

They have an alleged “feature request” button where you can request things like different roles for your employees/team, a deep dive into customer information, but they never go anywhere, and don’t count on a Uscreen employee reaching out to you to confirm receipt or even discuss potential changes to their system that could be beneficial (and not to mention, compete with their largest competitor - Vimeo.)

It would be nice if we could host files for members to access, or customize tabs to spotlight events and volunteer opportunities. Though that said, the simplicity of the app has made it an easier adjustment for our less tech-friendly members.

The backend interface is a little crude.
