They have an alleged “feature request” button where you can request things like different roles for your employees/team, a deep dive into customer information, but they never go anywhere, and don’t count on a Uscreen employee reaching out to you to confirm receipt or even discuss potential changes to their system that could be beneficial (and not to mention, compete with their largest competitor - Vimeo.)

It's fine for the price that you pay but there are $10,000+ software made specifically for TV and high end sharing that give better quality exports at smaller sizes.

Requires a fair bit of tweaking if you need files to be a very specific size, which would be difficult for someone who doesn't know what things like 'bitrates' or 'codecs' are.
