  • I love how everything interacts with one another, the simplicity of printing out the donor thank you letters, and the reporting that it provides for year-over-year donations.
  • This causes difficulty for the members (when they login to the "wrong" account, they do not have an active membership), as well as obfuscating how long someone has been a member, as they might renew on the Individual account one year and the Company account the next, so complete membership records are divided between two accounts.

  • The elegance of integrations and presentation makes it look like we have a dedicated team of professionals running our digital marketing, but it's just Harness and our office staff.
  • Many of the things they hail as features, I see as ways that would discourage people to give, such as keeping up via text messages (intrusive), recurring donation wall you have to opt out of in front of option to make one time donation, not easy to integrate campaigns with actual website (everything is an external link).
