Paycom vs UKG Ready: Which is best for you?

Implementing Paycom was a huge project as my company uses Paycom for many HR functions (Payroll, timekeeping and attendance, applicant tracking, performance management, and license management.

This function changes alot and one frustration we have is that when those updates happen and we make a change to an employee, something breaks and we have to dig in deep w/ our specialist to figure out how to fix it.

It allows for easy time tracking-I like that I can double check when I have clocked in and out for lunches or the day or, to see where I am at with time for the week.

The issues I might have would be connecting to our organization and setting up the UKG app for our not so friendly users
