Pros / Cons
  • Having experienced closings in the “old school” way (e.g. printing out stacks of documents, going around the room for signatures) and then through the transition to DocuSign, I can say Closing Folders has been a real game-changer.

  • Built-in platform features (e.g. practice management, document management, invoicing), third-party integrations (e.g. Microsoft Outlook & OneDrive, QuickBooks)
