Jira vs BigAgile: Which is best for you?

I started using Jira from 2017 as Supply Planning Director to plan, track and manage projects. Till now it helps me in my current organization which I started in 2008 to seamlessly collaborate on projects for 24/7.

There is a lot of core functionality missing, and a lot of it feels very low quality, yet the main thing they are producing are AI chatbots to provide poor quality summaries of tickets.

It has been the first tool that I can integrate with our daily agile tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps, where I can see a real time status of our overall train performance (currently 15 scrum teams, with more to join).
