Asana vs Coast: Which is best for you?

Asana does a great job of helping a team stay on track with multiple projects and multiple workflows. When we used it, it eliminated the need for scattered spreadsheets and tracking documents and helped us create a central project management hub.

Asana is a bit pricey: To unlock advanced features like Timeline view, custom fields, advanced reporting, and automations, you need a Premium plan, which can become expensive for larger teams.

It has streamlined our operations, improved accountability, and provided us with data we never had before to make smarter budgeting decisions for our properties.

I wish the report module was a bit more flexible. While the standard reports cover 95% of our needs, creating a highly custom, one-off report can be a bit clunky and requires exporting data to Excel.
