Odoo vs Epicor Prophet 21: Which is best for you?

I use Odoo to manage multiple ventures, and it’s allowed me to help entrepreneurs, startups, and even 100 million dollar companies run with full transparency and confidence.

My experience with Odoo has been very disappointing. Once you become a paid client, it is extremely difficult to receive direct and proper customer support. If you encounter any issues with your account, instead of solving them, they simply redirect you to their website, leaving you without real assistance.

Base functionality can be adapted to most businesses- and Epicor does offer third party add on’s to fill in gaps of functionality, or adding advanced features to streamline businesses.

It is way too much money for what you get and pushing people to the cloud where they have to spend tens of thousands more dollars, but get "free stuff" like wireless warehouse that we will not use is very frustrating.
