Pros:

As an software company, we focus on ISAE 3000 certification and here ComplyCloud is a great help. The collaboration with ComplyCloud makes us confident with our compliance. Here we are particularly positive about ComplyCloud's high level of knowledge.

Cons:

Nice tool - saves a lot of time, nothing we have bumped on that we did not like.

GDPR is under control with the addition of Comply Cloud

All in all, we are very happy with Comply Cloud and the calmness that has come to GDPR in our company after we got the tool for how we should approach it.

Pros:

We are very happy to use Comply Cloud. It works really well for us that the system gives us tasks when it's time to review various documents etc. In addition, we have peace of mind that we have remembered everything regarding GDPR as Comply Cloud has guided us all the way.

Cons:

When updates are made (which is really nice), it can be difficult to figure out how the system works until you get used to it again.

Reasons for switching to ComplyCloud

We missed some support for the questions we had. In addition, we did not feel that Risma was as user-friendly as COmply CLoud, which we were introduced to in a course on GDPR

Comply Cloud in B2B firm

We are getting compliant in a more efficient way. We can make controls to ensure the ongoing compliance. The daily operations after implementation is down to a minimum and can be done by the employees instead of being forced to ask around all the time, and then give the employee the feeling of extended controls and so on.

I really like the questionnaire option. It gives you a kind of certainty that you will have the chance to be asked the right questions. It makes it more useful to the organization's employees.I also love the customer service level :) Thanks [sensitive content hidden] ;)

Cons:

I really wish that the processing activities notes was copied into the system list/overview, so we don't have to type it in twice with the risk of making errors to the documentation which you will find at some point and then it is not easy to know where the master data is stored, in the activities or is it within the system list...

Seamless implementation

It has been very good so far because it addresses many of our concerns about updating compliance and governance. Besides that, they have helped us significantly in achieving DORA compliance.

Pros:

We use ComplyCloud for both GDPR, NIS2 and online training (ComplyHero) matters. It is easy to have all with one company. Comply Cloud is intuitive and easy to use and takes some of the hassle off the complex world of being compliant. We have used Comply Cloud for approx. 2 years and quite a few of the feature requests that we have had have now been integrated. The support team and lawyers are always very helpful and responds quickly to our requests. We also benefit a lot from their great and insightful webinars.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have all the features you can find now in ComplyCloud from the start. New users can benefit from that.

Pros:

The platform is easy to use and breaks down complex matters in simple and easy-to-understand terms. The fact that we are prompted about regulatory changes means that we can relax in knowing that we are always compliant. The team behind is great and we have always received outstanding support when needed.

Cons:

It would be great if it was possible to edit the layout of the documents, but other than that we are really happy with the platform.
