Buildertrend vs FlipperForce: Which is best for you?

The mobile app is often cited as a strength, allowing field workers, subcontractors, and project managers to update tasks, add photos, and communicate on the go.

For contractors, builders, or construction businesses considering Buildertrend: be extremely careful. Once your information is inside their system, retrieving it later is a massive challenge. If you’re planning to switch platforms in the future or just want flexibility, keep in mind that your data will not be easily portable.

The software currently doesn't integrate directly with QuickBooks, so it did create additional manual bookkeeping work to make sure that all of the expenses are tracked correctly both in QuickBooks and in Flipperforce. But from what I understand, there may be an integration coming soon, so we are hopeful to streamline that process.

Using the browser on your phone can be a little clunky at times.
