The unauthorized withdrawal of funds, the failure to honor refund promises, the lack of follow-up, and the non-compliant, confusing structure of the software have made this one of the most disappointing business interactions I have encountered.

After using the software and thou at times I do use excel, I much prefer the ease, accuracy, and how quickly I can turn out an estimate with the software.

The only downside that I would really like fixed is having a better vendor management system where I can have one material rate with multiple different pricing inputs to it based on different locations and vendors.
