We are very careful when choosing softwares, our data security is the most important aspect. We chose ConWize because they can ensure that the software is always being updated within our network, meaning we can only estimate.

Cons:

Due to security reasons we don;t deploy to the cloud and this means we are not able to use the bidding module.

An excellent and innovative system for pricing, it has targeted tools for pricing projects that are not found in any other system. With proper use, it is possible to optimize processes, avoid mistakes and save a lot of money for the company

Cons:

In any case, there is no infinite flexibility of Excel and you have to get used to working according to rules.

Reasons for switching to ConWize

There are no dedicated pricing tools in Excel that are here. We also manage files in the system, it's not in Excel, and we also manage all distributions to subcontractors, receiving comparison offers and more.

Game changing bid leveling

It saves me a lot of time with bidding processes with Subs and suppliers - about 50% of the time. The system looks very good and easy to use. After 3-4 training sessions it made me work very easily.

The day we joined ConWize was the day we ditched excel sheets and outdated spreadsheets. We conduct all our estimating from within the system for all our projects. Everything is clear, organised and accessible for all estimators.

Cons:

We don't use the bidding as we are not authorized to deploy to the cloud for security reasons.
