CrewTracks 2026: Benefits, Features & Pricing

Ali, you are the coolest. I love that you titled your review "The Ultimate Review." Please consider this The Ultimate Review Response. :) I believe Stealth Energy Group is the company that comes closest to using all of our features. The only feature you're not using is our production tracking, which is a shame because it's awesome. So your feedback is particularly meaningful because you use so much of our app. That said, some of the suggestions you mentioned under "cons" are already covered with functionality you might not be aware of. We'll be in touch to make sure you're not missing out. For example, you can kick schedules back to employees for them to revise. That doesn't currently trigger a push notification, but it does show up red, and then displays a pop-up message with the rejection reason. Shoot, this response has a length limit! I've added some great ideas to our requested features list thanks to this review. Thank you so much for working with us!

Erin, thank you so much for this review. I love that you referred to the "stripped down" version of CrewTracks. All of our features are optional, and you opted out of several features you didn't need, which in turn allowed us to offer you a pricing discount. Total win-win. We've found ten people you might be. :) Sometimes CrewTracks isn't a fit, and we try to identify those cases before a company signs up, but your review says you've been using CrewTracks for 2+ years! We would love to chat and see if we can help you get what you need out of CrewTracks or make your transition as smooth as possible by helping you export and save all your data. We want to make this experience as positive as possible. CrewTracks is excellent at tracking time and materials on a daily basis, and we pride ourselves on ease of use, especially for the field crews. I wish I could offer support here, but I need more information and I'm limited to 1000 characters. Every CrewTracks customer has an account manager they know by name. Thank you so much for this review, especially for the constructive feedback about scheduling. We have ambitious plans for that feature. It will take some time, but you're going to love it. You also hit on some points that we're very proud of, and we're thrilled to hear CrewTracks is alleviating pain points and providing value for you guys. Thanks so much for the review, Nathan! We spend a lot of time showing folks how CrewTracks will actually save money. Your endorsement means a lot. I'll be in touch about the "can't connect to server" issue - curious if you're still seeing it. Thanks again! Update: Just wanted to let any readers know that we solved the "can't connect to server" issue and introduced a feature that replaces the message. Instead of an error message, any time your device loses data connection, an indicator in the app changes from green to orange, or red if something is really wrong. You can tap on the indicator to get details, but CrewTracks will not display an error message. As always, all your updates will be stored on the device, and then data will sync with the office once the data connection is restored.
