Thanks for the awesome feedback and insights, Ben! That's what Groundplan's all about - speeding up your processes and making things easier for you. Our support team gets a lot of love from our customers, so we love hearing that you feel the same :) We’ll pass this on to them - they'll really appreciate it. For saving compared plans, a handy workaround for now is using a screenshot tool to capture an image. Just keep in mind that your screen resolution affects the image quality. Higher resolutions will give you a better result. That said, we can pass your suggestion to our dev team, and it’s something we can consider for future updates. Our support team is always happy to help find solutions for your workflows. Sounds like Groundplan was the right choice for you, and we're glad you took the leap. Thanks so much for your review!

Thanks for the review, Darren! It’s awesome to hear that you’re finding Groundplan easy to use, especially when it comes to marking up plans and navigating between stages. We’re also really proud of our support team, so knowing that they’ve been friendly, helpful, and willing to stay on the phone until things are sorted means a lot. We totally get your point about Count Assist. While it works best when plan symbols are consistent, we know that’s not always the case in the real world. Some of our users have had success refining their symbol selections or using manual counts alongside it for those trickier plans, but we also know there’s always room for improvement. We’re continuously working on ways to make the feature smarter, and feedback like yours helps us know where to focus.
