Wunderful Wunderbuild

Pros:

Wunderbuild is a cost-effective Management tool for our Construction business. Their client support is excellent with a chat feature but also in-person video meetings to offer support. They are upgrading features continuously to improve their services. As a new construction support person, they have been invaluable in developing my understanding and skills in using processes. They have an excellent team who is patient, proactive and adaptive.

Cons:

Having an established set of video training resources from job start to finish would be ideal, especially for those new to the industry and the program.

Not All Heroes Wear Tool Belts

It's fantastic!! The team at Wunderbuild have a great product that is continuously improving every week. It saves us so much time each and every week. We would not operate without it now.

Pros:

The features are great; scheduling, communication, lead management, estimating and take-offs, documents folder, QRs, Time tracking, jobs and cost tracking, site diaries, template folders, xero integrations. Its ease of use, value for money, customer support are all top of class. Then there's the simple use of communication for your clients and team, keeping everything in the one place has been a huge game changer.

Cons:

At first, coming from a different platform, it took some time to get used to a new layout, but eventually we got the hang of all the features and where they were and now it's the new norm and wouldn't have it any other way.

Reasons for switching to Wunderbuild

GST tracking was non existent and it was too expensive.

Pros:

Customer service is fantastic and we like that Wunderbuild are constantly looking to upgrade.

Cons:

The programing needs to be updated to a better standard. Enable to input public holidays and weekends. Also the line items should automatically link to the next working day.

Seemed to be simpler and more cost effective whilst also an improvement on our current software.

Wunderbuild - Must have for any builder

Wunderbuild is a complete package, from quoting, estimating, reporting and progress claims. It's user friendly with amazing customer support who take on suggestions and product updates and features are frequent and well thought out.

Cons:

Not moving to Wunderbuild earlier!

Best Software on the market

Big shoutout to [sensitive content hidden] and the team at Wunderbuild. Jumping across from another Project management system to Wunderbuild has transformed our business. I look forward to seeing the platform continue to develop even further to help us streamline our business.

The product development is miles ahead of anyone else in the market and their willingness to listen to their customers and tailor the system to their needs is unmatched.

Cons:

There aren't any cons with the program. Any issues that have cropped up have either been resolved or are in the pipeline to be resolved.

In a crowded market this software stands above the rest

Wunderbuild is by far the most rounded project management and estimating software on the market. The optimisation it has provided for my construction company has allowed me to grow my company and relive stress and anxiety as i know there is a central hub where all my project data and information sits. There is a lot of moving parts to run a construction company and Wunderbuild covers just about all of them

Pros:

The continuous roll out and optimisation of features. In particular keeping all of the features in house and not having to sign up to external apps. In particular the two way integration with xero is a game changer for my business

Cons:

The training videos and you tube channel could be updated and have more content to help with onboarding.

Supreme Building Group Wunderbuild review

We could not be happier that we decided to make the switch over to Wunderbuild. Their ability to implement new ideas to the software has been amazing. The time tracking, takeoffs, innovation & unbelievable customer service

Cons:

Nothing. Any problems that we have had have been dealt with straight away and they are always happy to jump on a call or zoom to fix any issues.

For the cost of BT we didn't see the value in the software compared to Wunderbuild. Wunderbuild has more than enough features for our company to run efficiently and effectively

Great software

Our experience has been great, this is the first software we have fully integrated into our business. It meets our needs and continually improving, they also take on advice and ideas to continually improve to help the consumers.

Pros:

Great software that can be integrated into a building business. They provide excellent support and communication when required. They are also updating and improving the software constantly.

Cons:

Certain parts like scheduling were clunky at first but have since been rectified to a much better and user friendly version.

Wunderbuild, an essential tool in any building/construction business

Our overall experience has been excellent. Wunderbuild has helped bring structure and visibility to key parts of our business. It saves time, reduces errors, and allows us to manage jobs more efficiently. The fact that they listen to users and continue to refine the product gives us confidence we're using a platform that will evolve with our needs.

Pros:

The clarity it brings to project management is exceptional. Real-time progress tracking keeps the whole team aligned and on top of the job, while the integrated client portal makes communication with clients easy and professional. It reduces the back-and-forth and gives everyone confidence in the process. The support team is also a standout. They are responsive, helpful, and continue to improve the platform based on user input.

Cons:

There was a bit of a learning curve at the start, particularly getting familiar with the full scope of features. Some functions took time to integrate into our workflow, but once we got up to speed, the system proved to be very efficient. Any issues or suggestions have been well supported by the Wunderbuild team.

Pros:

Cost - affordable Australian based Implementation - constant and though training is provided Support - this has been outstanding. Very quick response times Listen - they genuinely listen and take on our suggestions.

Cons:

It would be nice to undertake training in person however this is the nature of business. It may be something we consider in the future.
