SweepWidget is a lead generation and contest management solution that helps businesses run giveaways, distribute rewards, collect email addresses, monitor entries, and more on a centralized platform. It allows staff members to utilize a drag-and-drop interface to create custom surveys, polls, questionnaires, and quizzes with drop-down menus, test areas, radio buttons, and checkboxes.

SweepWidget's leaderboard functionality enables contest participants to track rankings based on earned points, optimizing user engagement. It allows team members to set up tiered milestone-based contests and offer instant rewards or coupons. Administrators can track contest entries to edit, qualify, and disqualify participants based on pre-defined preferences or requirements. Additionally, it lets users randomly pick winners, set up anti-cheating tools, verify ages, configure social 0Auth login, and more from within a unified platform.

Pros:

I liked the most the variety of features it has for the price. Sweep is super dynamic and we needed a multi-language platform that could create and manage easily challenges and contests for gamers every week. It did not disappoint. On top of everything, customer support on sweep goes above and beyond for users.

Cons:

It could have even more integrations, like Zapier

Also, you have the option to manually edit all of the words/language within the widget if you want to override something. I'm glad we could provide good customer support too!

One of the best for holding giveaways

Previously we tried manual giveaways and keeping track of everything, plus encouraging users to use different methods to participate was very difficult. This makes it very easy and now there are tons of ways users can enter a sweepstake and its very easy to manage all things from one simple dashboard.

One of the best way to market anything nowadays is to have a giveaway and SweepWidget makes it very easy to hold one. No programming, no techy stuff. It's very simple and can help in getting tons of verified emails.

Cons:

Although there is a free version, we are on the Pro and think the price is slightly high. A lower price would have been awesome!

Great Marketing tool for small businesses

I've mostly used this on the consumer end, entering giveaways/sweeps. It's probably the easiest to use, with connections across all sorts of social media.

After doing a bit of looking around and trying out a few different platforms we eventually came across SweepWidget. After setting up a free account and having a tinker around we upgraded to the Pro plan and for a reasonable price we got access to a quick and easy way to spin up a competition with multiple entry methods and the flexibility to customise the look, feel and functionality with little to no knowledge required. We did have a minor hiccup however, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was fantastic to deal with and swiftly resolved our issue. I recommend SweepWidget to anyone looking for an easy way to run a comp with all the bells and whistles of the bigger platforms at a fraction of the cost!

Cons:

Unfortunately, there is no easy way to export both entries and participants into one spreadsheet
