- Allows you to copy and download the files, and allows you a lot of creative ability to design and customize the contracts.
- There are a lot of layout options for PandaDoc, but it doesn’t have ultimate freedom with layout and design so for some of our documents as we tailor them for customers I feel like I have to find workarounds.
- I really enjoy how it connects to the services I use, such as Microsoft Word and Excel and allows me to collate and manage content.
- Device access setup was difficult to work through and determining how to use some of the more complex features was a time-consuming process, and I would have liked customer support to answer more quickly when we needed assistance onboarding.
