About Signable

Signable is an easy to use, cloud-based eSignature solution for businesses of all sizes in a range of industries such as property management, real estate, financial services, legal, automotive, recruitment and more.

Signable makes sending and signing documents straightforward and helps thousands of businesses streamline their document management workflows. Users can upload documents in PDF, Excel, or Microsoft Word format, or use saved templates and drag and drop signing elements into each document as necessary.

Documents can be sent out to individuals or to multiple recipients at the same time, and users will be able to track when the document is received, opened and signed. Once delivered to recipients, they can click the link and sign the document without signing up to Signable.

All documents will have a full audit trail and once they are complete, a copy will be kept in the account for future reference or download. Documents sent through Signable for electronic signing are fully compliant with all UK and EU legislation. Every page, including the signing page is also secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

The Signable API provides secure and efficient access to Signable's electronic signature platform. Pros:
This is a great solution for digital signatures. Whether its one signatory or many, with personalised accompanying notes and options for the type of input the recipient inputs. Its very straightforward. I don't hesitate to recommend it. And the customer support when getting to know the software is great.
Cons:
I can't think of anything I don't like about it!

Hassle Free eSignatures at amazing price

The experience with signable has been great. We are using this for contract signatures on regular basis after initial proof of concept. It has simplified the document signature process and also saved lots of printing/scanning and disposal of confidential waste.

It will help if document can be rejected with comments and new version of document can be added in the same workflow.

I use Signable for all documnets in my property rental business, from GDPR notification to signing of Tenancy Agreements. I have been able to dispense of all printed documents and also reduc the time for processing tenants by half. couldn't live without it.

Great idea but needs an android app

Cost effective, straightforward to set up and easy to integrate form/s into a website. Easy to update forms with new fields as and when needed.
Cons:
Although I get emails with signed documents, they are meant to get saved in my Dropbox but that hasn't happened in a long time (despite raising the issue with Customer Support). If I haven't used the software for a while, it can take a while to get my head back around how it functions and how to navigate the site; therefore, it could be simplified.

It's ease of use and the fact that I can send a legal document to anyone, anywhere in the world, at any time with minimal effort.
Cons:
I wish there was a review function for legal documents prior to signing, so I wouldn't get billed when a counter-signer comes back with requested changes. But given how cheap it is to use Signable, I'm really nit-picking here. :)

Cons:
The greatest error i have found that if anyone makes an error you can't just fix it. You have to go back all the way.
