Awardco vs Matter: Which is best for you?

First instance of failed remeption happened before the christmas break where after cashing in a gift card for a store through awardco, I didn't receive the gift card and heard nothing for 20 days. After this time passed, awardco support messaged saying that the company who I got the card with was no longer doing awardco cards.

What I enjoy most about Matter is that it allows me to have weekly engagement with my co-workers and also allows me to give out "coins" or appreciation for their work.

Company has not set up any rewards than can be redeemed, I have over 300 coins, but nothing to redeem them for.
