So far I love Exercise.com

Learning a new platform is never easy, but my onboarding specialist, [sensitive content hidden], helped me every step of the way. He answered any question I had, and continues to do so. Once I began to delve into the platform, I found it is quite easy to use.

It's easy to learn, even though I am still learning parts of it. I love how easy it was to set up the health history and waiver forms. Also, I can check in with my clients through the assessments.

Cons:

I don't like that I have to cancel out a client's session to reschedule. It would be nice to have a reschedule option.

The only things I could do on MindBody were scheduling, run reports, and take payments. The app offered by MindBody is mostly for scheduling. Being a personal trainer, I wanted an app that would allow me to send workouts to my clients, and Exercise.com does that.

Cons:

Not loving all of the new updates. Also i wish you could scan people in and i've had a lot of trouble linking my card reader to the Exercise.com. I've never been able to get it to work.

Amazing on boarding experience

As a new customer very refreshing to have a business that responds promptly answers all the questions in the timely manner and it's helpful in allowing us to determine the best options for what our service would need at our two gym locations. We are in a process of migrating to exercise.com from another software provider and have found that the team has so far has been very helpful welcoming and engaging and answering all our questions and very prompt to respond to our inquiries and we are looking forward to having a great experience switching over and utilizing exercise.com for our two gym locations.

None to list at this time as we are in the process of migrating over to Exercise.com. from Mindbody which has been a horrible experience

Twin oaks could not provide adequate service in terms of membership renewal on a timely manner for 6 and 12 month memberships

There are always bugs and when something gets fixed, something else breaks. It’s just not super user friendly and that’s the feedback k get from multiple users

Billing reporting needs some refinement. Trying to find things like exact billing and expected billing requires a lot of reports and some manual export.

I was nervous at first making a platform change, but they have made it such an easy transition. I can't imagine going anywhere else now. Exercise.com has a customer for life!
