Pros:

I like the fitness tracking and the ease of use. My account rep Jeremiah Ahart has been phenomenal with question and fast response times. He has made this process very smooth and removed all doubt that this is a powerful upgrade that we are making as a facility to add more value to the market place while delivering solutions that our members will rave about.

Cons:

At the current time I don't have any cons. Only thing I could say is that it doesn't directly integrate with Wix but with the sub links used it should make everything seamless.

Reasons for switching to Exercise.com

They were lacking the fitness and workout creation ability. Also the process of getting a native app was slow. So this was perfect with exercise.com that both were a priority immediately.

Horsepower and Hospitality!

It's been a very positive experience so far and we look forward to taking full advantage of all the powerful features. My biggest fear of moving to the new system was (once again) losing all our clients info and mostly, all our clients credit card info. Exercise.com made that part easy!

Cons:

Sometimes has TOO much and I'm fishing about for how to solve something. Good thing [sensitive content hidden] is available. She knows the system inside and out and quickly gets me on the right track.

The customer service, Abbie has been with me every step of the way to answer any and all questions always in a timely fashion !

Cons:

Not loving all of the new updates. Also i wish you could scan people in and i've had a lot of trouble linking my card reader to the Exercise.com. I've never been able to get it to work.

One of the biggest upsides has been working with [sensitive content hidden] . She is incredibly responsive to my emails, always follows up quickly, and consistently provides clear solutions whenever problems come up. Having that level of support has made the entire experience smoother and more efficient.

Cons:

One area that could be improved is the online help and search functionality. While the support team is excellent, the self-service resources can be a bit limited. Expanding the help section and making it easier to search for articles or troubleshooting steps would make it much quicker to find answers on the fly without needing to reach out directly.

Grateful for Exercise.com and their team!

As a one man shop myself and only having 2 gym assistants extremely part time investing in Exercise.com was an investment into building my team! The website houses all my invoicing, financial, scheduling, billing, programming needs and auto regulates much of that along with filing my client assessments, health, programming history etc. It has saved me time and money and peace of mind! More to come as we build our databasethe more we utilize our website!

That it is an all in one hub. I have saved money in being able to cancel all other website tools I was using and I dont have to bounce between anything while working now.

Cons:

I am not tech savvy so learning the system to start was a little hard but having [sensitive content hidden] to walk me through it each week helped immensely and he was so patient with my lack of understanding! The customer support made up for! Some things are hard to see at first but a few weeks in you start to understand!

Custom app, modifiable, ease of use, customer support

Cons:

App exits out of you phone if you switch to different app during workout. Analytics are hard to capture with integrating ads. Inputing 1RM with clients doesn’t transfer to client measurements. Building workouts is cumbersome as you can’t edit sets and reps for each week and exercise at the same time. Least favorite is that video hosting now cost money and framework changed. Using YouTube was a lot easier.

Excellent all-encompassing platform to handle all your CRM and training needs!

I really enjoy using exercise.com. If you're looking for an all-encompassing platform that can operate well as a CRM and a training program, then this is your answer. It's support staff does a great job with follow-up and provides a more customized/unique platform for gyms that competitors do not provide. I'd like to give a particular shout-out to [sensitive content hidden], my client success manager, who handles all my questions and needs. She's fantastic to work with an really gives you the feel like your particular needs are being heard and addressed.

I enjoy the all-in-one aspect of the platform. It's a CRM, including scheduling, billing, and communication; plus a platform to deliver your training programs and plans to clients. You can set up the platform to be your very own app in the app store. Clients only need to use one single app rather than multiple apps for scheduling, billing, and training.

Cons:

The training plan part still needs some work to be able to easily create, navigate, and manage training programs, especially for in-person client sessions. For personal training gyms, especially those that train multiple clients, it's a necessity to create, edit, update, and manage training plans easily and efficiently on a daily basis.

Reasons for choosing Exercise.com

I chose exercise.com over Trainerize, Mindbody, and Bridge Athletic because none of them were really good at any one particular thing, nor did it have the customization I was hoping for.

Reasons for switching to Exercise.com

Mindbody was not great with customer support, expensive, and did not provide the exclusivity and all-encompassing platform I was looking for.

Cons:

1. It works well as a "fitness" programming tool, but there's some weakness as a "sports performance" programming tool. 1a: Video analysis tools for sports skill remote coaching would be useful. 2. Nutrition coaching has to be manual. Automating that would be easier.

Love Exercise.com

I found exercise.com after working with another platform for several years, and being totally frustrated with it. I was looking for customer support for my number one goal, ease-of-use, and the ability to build and scale my app. It is still in the creation process, but my experience so far has been nothing but wonderful.
