About LifeOmic Precision Wellness

LifeOmic Precision Wellness is a cloud-based employee engagement and wellness platform. Available in English, French, German, Portuguese, and Arabic, and geared toward the UK and North American corporate sector, it enables companies of any size to manage health and wellness for their teams. Free for the first 100 members of staff, it features wearables integration, real-time tracking, and employee participation insights.

The mainstay of LifeOmic Precision Wellness is a five-pronged approach to holistic health, monitoring food intake, sleep, exercise, intermittent fasting, and mindfulness. Through automation and reporting, it enables the HR teams that look after their employees’ wellness to create challenges and incentives for themselves and their families at and outside of work. Employees can enter their data manually, or by wearing devices that integrate with the tool, such as Apple Watch and FitBit.

LifeOmic - Life Extend - So awesome!

I cannot begin to describe what a pleasure it was to work with my customer success manager. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was our manager and she stepped me through every step to a successful implementation. She is unbelievably responsive - even with my most simple questions. I always hear from her within minutes. I recommend this company 100%.

Pros:

Our company was looking for a very user friendly app to help manage and build wellness habits. Life Extend by LifeOmic was picture perfect for us. It's easy to administer - and very easy to roll out. It allows my employees to learn healthy lifestyle habits by logging their fruits, veggies and nuts; activity time spent during the day; amount of time they are sleeping at night; the time between their last meal the night before and their first meal the next day (intermittent fasting) and their mindfulness time. By doing this on a daily basis, they are making healthy habits to last a lifetime. Love this software.

Cons:

I really can't think of anything - other than understanding about the automatic updating from wearable devices. Once we figured that out, we were golden.

I Would Recommend This Wellness Solution!

Pros:

What I like MOST about this software is that it provides such a dynamic wellness solution not usually available for smaller businesses that is completely scalable and will grow with us. Our employees can be as involved and go as in depth as they wish with this program and their needs are met effortlessly. I also really find value in the ability for our employees to own their personal Circles and include ANYONE they want such as a spouse, sibling, friend, etc. The gamification aspect has made it a lot of fun and competitive too!

Cons:

It was a lot of trial and error for me to figure out everything available and all the different paid membership options layered in the program. It would be great to have a "menu" for our employees to select what they want and then follow up instructions on steps for them to act on it. I would love to integrate this with Fringe or Jostle if possible.

Holistic & Actually Impactful

Everything has been good. Their team was super helpful with getting started videos and instructions for getting into the app and the app itself is easy to use. I've been able to better maintain my target weight with the habits and now I am concentrating on building up my strength and endurance.

Pros:

The best thing about Precision Wellness was the exposure to the importance of habits like mindfulness and sleep. There is a lot of valuable information for those habits as well, like guided meditations (for stress management and sleep too!) as I was getting started. There are a lot of cool hidden gems in the app when you dive into it like health assessments, lots of blogs/videos and a daily health program.

Cons:

There are a ton of things in the app that I feel like I am finding something new every week. All of these features aren't a problem but it takes a little time to just click around. Granted, not everyone is trying to spend all day looking at a wellness app but I find the topic interesting.
