On a scale of 1 out of 10 I'd have to give my overall experience a 9, great communication and transparency. Speaking with [sensitive content hidden] in the first presentation just made it more solid on why i need this platform, then having [sensitive content hidden] on a later demo giving my wife a recap of everything was solid. Great team!

Having everything under one roof, not having to worry about going to separate websites or links in order to have everything setup. Professional booking page which is a mini website as it self that gives me the comfort i need. The price is right and reasonable.
Cons:
So far there hasn't been anything I've seen a issue with, there may be features I'll take some time to get customed with but at this very moment I'm completely satisfied.

most important factor there's a team at field i can depend on. plus they reached out to me and offered a demo so i could see some of the insiders with the product, that's really what sold me. 10 out of 10 would recommend this service to other small business owners.

Overall, my experience with Fieldd has been really solid. It’s made a big difference in how I run things day to day. Scheduling, dispatching, and keeping track of jobs is way easier now, and the customer booking system has definitely helped make us look more professional. The app works well for the team in the field, and they picked it up pretty quickly

I really like what Fieldd brings to the table. It’s super easy to use, both for me and for the team in the field. The scheduling and dispatching features save a ton of time, and being able to track jobs in real time is a huge plus. I also like that customers can book online and get updates without me having to manually follow up—it just makes things run smoother. The app is solid, and I like how customizable everything is.
Cons:
If I had to pick one thing I didn’t love about Fieldd, it would probably be the setup process. It wasn’t terrible, but there were a lot of options to go through, and it took some trial and error to get everything working exactly how I wanted. Some of the customization stuff could’ve been a little more straightforward. Once it's up and running, it’s great—but getting there took a bit longer than I expected.

What I liked most about field was the customer service and how easy it was to use. I have only been using it for about 24 hours and I feel like I’m already getting the hang of it.
Cons:
I don’t see many cons just because I have just started with the program, but I doubt that I will dislike anything about it

How well versed it is in all the categories needed for a successful business it really is a one stop shop.
Cons:
Only thing can remotely complain about is pricing but I can’t even complain for that I was paying the same at jobber for the top of the line plan and fieldd is costing me the same for the entry level plan but provides double what jibber offered and is tailored way more to my line of work!!

The onboarding process was really smooth, and the team made sure we felt supported from the start. Once inside, the platform has so many features that make managing our business easier, from scheduling to communication, and it keeps everything in one place.
Cons:
At first, it felt like a lot to take in because there are so many tools and options to learn. It took some time to figure out where everything was and how to set it up properly. But once we got the hang of it, it became much easier to use and worth the effort.

Cons:

So far everything has been very easy. Customer service has been raining so is my sales rep but I'm just started so sure there'll be some issues down the road somewhere that I as of yet everything is smooth selling

I'm not sure what I like most about field yet, but so far I am really enjoying the whole system. So, give me a few days and I'll get back to you!
Cons:
I was still checking everything out but it would be very helpful if the field system had part prices in the paintless dent repair portion of it

Everything that is currently on the market for PDR is either Overkill or under kill. So hopefully this will hit The Sweet spot and it'll be great!
