Zapier templates to popular apps are now directly shown within users' fieldd accounts. Hi Laurent, We reviewed the emails you sent to our support team. Your issue was setting up Zapier. We understand setting up Zapier can be hard, but Zapier is a different company to fieldd. Even though we are a different company, we offered to set up your Zapier account for you. Your response: "I'm going on holiday". The next email you sent us, asked to cancel your account - "I don't have time to setup and I'm not using fieldd". We offered to assist you once more, then canceled your account as requested. We agree Zapier makes it hard to set up their Zaps. However, after trying to speak with you about this unfair review, you told us "It's not my problem, I do not care". Our team's mission has always been to create the best software with the best service.

As a one-man auto detailing operation, Fieldd has become my virtual assistant and office manager rolled into one. What I love most is the mobile-first design - I can manage everything from my phone while I'm at a client's location. The scheduling feature prevents double-bookings (crucial when you're solo), the automated appointment reminders save me countless follow-up texts, and the built-in invoicing means I get paid faster. The before/after photo storage is perfect for detailing work, and the GPS tracking helps me optimize my routes between appointments. It's like having a full back-office team in my pocket.
Cons:
None to date. Every feature seems designed with solo operators in mind, and anything I haven't needed yet doesn't get in my way.

Marketing features: the ability to text customers from platform should be standardized but it’s not with most field services platforms. It is with Fieldd but also has post card marketing and a snazzy aka futuristic snappy online booking.
Cons:
Not sure yet but maybe that in itself is a con. I’d recommend an ability to use the software in its entirety for a week free of charge. However I could see how that might disincentivize actually learning the software.

Fieldd seems like it’s built for the moment (2025) and getting better I feel. The feeling of a company invested in our success is also a huge differentiator.
