Het gebruikersgemak voor het aanpassen van templates en de styling van de product configurator. Daarnaast de strakke opmaak van de output (offertes).

Cons:

Niet mogelijk om documenten te koppelen aan een bepaalde configuratie, zoals mailcontact met de aanvrager.

Reasons for choosing Merkato Essentials

De demo van [gevoelige inhoud verborgen] was erg goed voorbereid en na het eerste gesprek hadden wij een beter gevoel bij CPQing Solutions met Merkato dan Quadriceps met Qmaze.

Reasons for switching to Merkato Essentials

Geen 3D weergave van het model, liepen tegen onmogelijkheden aan wat betreft wensen en aanpassingen, en niet mogelijk om specials te configureren. Daarnaast werd de software achter de oude configurator niet meer ondersteund. Tot slot was het aanpassen van de configurator erg duur en nu kunnen we dit zelf aanpassen in de templates.
