- Because of its significant flexibility, it is easy to attempt to over configure and integrate with too many tools out of the box.
- Building a Procurement process gets a bit messy since Agiloft is not advanced enough to integrate multiple process (like Sourcing, Legal, Privacy, Security, etc.) is a smooth way.
- I like the ability to search for key terms within documents, even scanned ones. Plus, that gives us contractual visibility and I also love proactive alerts because they eliminate the risk of missing critical renewal dates with suppliers.
- Searching for an old contract, however, is extremely painful because the search bar does little to nothing and almost never locates anything I want to find.
