Great support and product

I have been using Akruto for many, many years now and I must say, their service has never failed to impress me. Their program has consistently helped me sync my data seamlessly and their support team has always been quick to respond and resolve any issues that arise. With Akruto, I have never had to worry about losing my data or experiencing any technical glitches. Their commitment to providing excellent service is truly commendable and I am grateful to have such a reliable program to manage my data. Pros:

In an age where customer service is usually inexistant, what sets Akruto aside is its truly amazing support.

Cons:

Nothing. I wish Microsoft was aware of it.

Pros:

When it worked it was very good and easy to use. Synching was automatic and happened every time I added a new appointment in Outlook. Installation was also very quick.

Cons:

Sync suddenly stopped working. After 9 hrs of emails to Akruto they decided that "it was my network and nothing to do with their software". I have not changed my router, changed anything on my network, added any other software to my pc or changed by security software. So I have now completely wasted $39. Of course they did not even offer a refund either. Very disappointed.

One Happy AkrutoSync Customer for over 10 years

I am VERY happy with the AkrutoSync software and also with the customer support team. On each instance they helped resolve issues quickly.

Pros:

I have been using AkrutoSync for about 10 years. It has been very useful keeping my outlook sync'd between my computer and my iphone. On the couple of instances where AkrutoSync stopped working, the customer support team was extremely helpful in getting the problems resolved.

Cons:

I didn't like that over the 10 years, the product stopped syncing 3 times. However, with some help from AkrutoSync customer support, they were able to guide me to get the problems resolved and get my outlook syncing again.

An excellent and very valuable system for synchronising your laptop to your mobile. I have used it for many years to sync my calendar and my contacts..

Cons:

I have no areas of disliking this system and the only problems i have had have been with my own system and BT's rubbish new router!

Can't imagine life without it!

It's only when I've done something stupid (like not realising wi-fi connections have been disrupted on one of the phones connected) that I have problems. The support staff at Akruto are fantastic. Whenever I've had occasion to contact them, they respond almost immediately, and invariably solve my problem.

Great.....and have recommended many of my friends It syns on the fly and the data in my mobile is updated all the time

It works and is hassle free. Works better than with itune when syning with outlook Support is also prompt

Can't think of one. If any, it is probably the initial setting up and initial installation which took me a while.

Pros:

Important for us to be able to sync contacts and calendar events on the phone with Outlook without data leaving our internal network. Outlook data is kept in house on our own server as well.

Cons:

Outlook sometimes acts up strangely if you need to add additional accounts - particularly if those additional accounts are based on outlook.office.com. However, that problem rests in Outlook. There is nothing Akruto can do to fix this.
