- The dropdown menus took a while to master/commit to memory but, now that I've done that, I can quickly navigate through the tools.
- Anaplan was a necessary evil but I did not enjoy the complexities of uploading data sets into the tool.
- We can turn around data and modeling requests much quicker than before and we can also make changes to the comp plan in minutes rather than the days it would have taken to set up new excel calculators for 1500 employees.
