Pros / Cons
  • However, it is not plug-and-play, and some features do not currently live up to how they are marketed. If Lofty improves customer support responsiveness, follows through more consistently on issue resolution and refunds, and refines its advertising, SEO, and AI tools, it could easily become a top-tier platform. As it stands, it’s a solid system with strengths, but also some meaningful gaps that prospective users should be aware of.
  • It is not the fault of the reps, but is the fact that Lofty has them talking to multiple people at once, so they bounce between tasks and questions, and conversations trying to keep up and provide a very low level of service response time.

  • For more than two months, Zoho was unable to correct billing issues on its own systems after transitioning our account from annual to monthly billing.
