About CrankWheel

CrankWheel is a screen sharing software designed to help sales teams connect with prospects and share screen to view presentations in real-time. Links can be shared via email or SMS and clients can join from any device, including mobile, without downloading an app.

The platform enables managers to schedule meetings, track attentive or inattentive customers and display specific content on the screen. CrankWheel allows team leaders to define role-based permissions among staff, gain insights into teams’ performance and review audit logs.

Meetings or stand-alone screencasts or webcam captures can be recorded and stored in CrankWheel's cloud. Recordings can be shared as sales emails with an animated video preview, with engagement tracking for video playbacks.

CrankWheel offers an application programming interface (API), which lets businesses integrate the system with several third-party applications including Zapier and Salesforce. Pricing is based on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via phone, email, knowledge base, video tutorials and other online measures.

Ease of use for me and clients with just a few clicks of a mouse. Makes day to day operations and sales meetings much easier

Cons:

Didn’t find out about it sooner. Was using zoom and Skype and they don’t compare as they charge much more and are not convenient

People hated it especially the clients and no one likes downloading additional software

Great! Till now not required support from your side

I do most of meeting with screen sharing using this add-ons. So great. Also if you can add Voice feature so i can kick skype from my system. :)

Super smooth unlike the name

Overall, very friendly. Getting set up on my devices straight forward. I can't count to the comments made by clients appreciate being able to look over shoulder (so to speak)

Cons:

When the connection is made through a phone number and then the connection is lost, not inconvenient to the input over again. Having a way to press the button to the last number would be helpful.

I enjoy how quick it is to get someone on a screenshare. I send my client a link, they click it, and they instantly join.

Cons:

There aren't any negatives that come to mind when it comes to CrankWheel. I'm going to continue using it.

Zoho makes my clients register before joining. They also need to join from a computer. With CrankWheel, my clients can watch from their phone.

CrankWheel is the ultimate sales tool. It is cost effective and easy to use for both the agent and consumer. There is practically no learning curve to it!

Cons:

I have yet to find anything I really disliked about CrankWheel. It is so easy to integrate and opperate.

CrankWheel is the best tool that I use. You literally can present to anyone, anywhere, with your laptop and an internet connection. Makes it super convenient.

Much quicker and easier to use for clients than other sharing software. Shorter teaching time means more time to sell to customers.

Cons:

Only main issue I had is name recognition, lot of people have heard of them or their capabilities, but in time I feel that will change.

CrankWheel has been a game changer for my business. I am able to connect with older clients who are not used to Zoom and Teams. And my clients are comfortable using it too! Great product!

Cons:

It disconnects whenever the client opens another screen on their phone. They have to reconnect when they want to see my screen again.

Pros:

CrankWheel is an incredibly effective tool. I have used it in my Final Expense business, and its so nice that clients don't have to download a specific app. Click the link and they're in! It's been easy for me to learn, as well as our clients....it's honestly one of the easier decisions in terms of value for functionality.

Cons:

There's not a lot to dislike about Crankwheel. As I mentioned previously, it's easy for you and your clients/customers to leverage, however, if I had to pick something out, I would say that the UI could use an update just to look a little more polished.
