So I never actually used the service for like 7 months of the year which was fine because I paid for it. But What I didnt like was the auto renew was turned on and when I Noticed the day after they auto charged me for a full year I emailed them saying hey I never saw an option to turn off the auto renew please cancel my subscription they said no we dont do refunds.

I especially appreciate the intuitive editing tools and the extensive media library, which allow me to add visuals, music, and text that enhance my content.

I haven’t found a way to set the aspect ratio for a video prior to creation; and once you create a video with a specific dimension, when you go to resize it for another platform, it doesn’t resize well.
