Navigating around is slow and difficult; members information is difficult to organize; reporting functionality is very basic, limited to filters; information is scattered, not allowing you to compare and analyze critical data; email builder is awful; deliverability is bad; website content management is locked down so you have to wait two weeks to make any type of update; customer support is slow and terrible, revolving door of new staff and account managers.

Over time, since switching hands to iThemes (now SolidWP), the support level has noticably decreased, and now we've got a current serious issue that hasn't been resolved for months.
