Invelo - The One-Stop-Shop Real Estate Platform

Fantastic. I am excited for the dialing, texting, and additional features to come to fruition, but so far I am very pleased

Pros:

Invelo gets TOP marks for support. They are a growing business, with client needs and requests at the very forefront of their feature development. For any question that you have, [sensitive content hidden] and others are at you immediate disposal. I approached their chat with multiple questions and they have replied with specific-to-me screen recorded walk-throughs on how to use the platform. No more guesswork for me. Simply phenomenal to work with.

Cons:

They are still growing. The big appeal of the platform to me in the beginning was that every feature needed for investing (marketing, CRM, tracking, support, research, Investing courses, dialer, etc) was to be included. While they have some of the framework for some features in place, they do not all necessarily function yet. They are quite transparent about their timeline for feature integrations, that being said.

Reasons for switching to Invelo

Too many separate programs/subscriptions to manage with poor cross integration. Invelo promises those.

An Excellent Work In Progress

Overall, we like where Invelo is heading. We appreciate how active the [sensitive content hidden] and staff are in the company. It's easy to use, and that was a huge selling point along with the data import functionality. It's not yet ready for prime time; however, it's useful, and in a few ways, better than other options available on the market.

Pros:

Invelo's interface is well above average in usability and aesthetic, which means less training time. We also love the ability to import data from anywhere very quickly. The List Builder feature is a nice addition, allowing us to have one tool where we previously had two.

Cons:

Invelo is a work in progress; it is still relatively new, and is lacking some key business components. KPIs and tracking are missing, along with several other important features, making good management impossible. There is no mobile app. Integrations are also lacking, although Zapier is now supported for some functions; just keep in mind that's an added cost to make Invelo more functional. The tasks feature doesn't come with any sort of reminders or notifications. Lastly, Invelo will not allow any user, even admins, to be logged in to multiple places, even if they are on a multi-user plan. So moving from my desktop to my laptop to my phone is very frustrating.

Overall well built system for RE investors

I have really enjoyed the user friendly ability throughout the system and the client support with even the [sensitive content hidden] has been great. They care to listen and make change as needed and are always looking for new functionalities to grow the system.

Pros:

I like that is has so many uses within one system, that it can be your data pulling, prospecting tool for new leads, your CRM for managing your deals, your phone system, and you marketing system all in one. It is so nice to have a collectively all in one space vs using multiple different systems.

Cons:

The biggest concern is with owners name and mailing address being correct, as the way the system pulls them in now cause many errors, and has unfortunately created me losing marketing dollars that go spent on useless contacts. I know this fix is in the works, hoping very soon.

Pros:

The ability to pull a list straight from Invelo is a huge plus. No more finding a list from an outside source and importing if you don’t want to! Also, the ability to skip trace within the same operating system is amazing.

Cons:

Have not run into any issues that have prevented me from using this platform.
