IXACT Contact is a real estate CRM solution designed to support realtors and their specific needs. As a web-based system, IXACT Contact is accessible from any internet connection and also offers a wireless sync option. With the system's two-way constant wireless sync, realtors can view current contact information, calendar appointments and tasks on the go.
IXACT Contact helps real estate agents build and maintain lasting relationships with current clients, new prospects and referrals by providing a real estate-specific contact management system that not only maintains complete profiles but also prompts users automatically to keep in touch. These reminders can prompt users towards targeted outreach, like targeted email campaigns or follow up calls.
The system is fully web-based, which is useful for realtors, who often spend a lot of time on the move and may be at different locations throughout the day. All of the data is easily accessible through a web browser or a synced smartphone. The system is also Mac OS compatible and is fully supported by Safari, so it can be used on the iPad as well.

A great CRM for new or seasoned agents!

My experience has been a great one! I use the platform every day with the letters I use for marketing and the tracking of my business and reminders. I love that the system keeps copies of my emails in the notes to each client along with my notes. The website moves fast and all the information I am looking for is at my fingertips in a few clicks.

Excellent Features, Poor Customer Service

This has been frustrating and expensive on my side and clearly Ixact is not prioritizing the issue. I dropped them from 2 stars to one since it's been a week since I last asked for help on a new round of deletions (after tech said the problem was fixed) and have not heard back. I’ve recommended Ixact to other brokers in my local association and now I’m publicly warning everyone away. It’s a shame – I’d think this would be an easy fix but I’m also thinking it’s not being looked at closely enough.

Their customer service was great while exploring the option of using this product, easy to set up, easy to use, I can't complain. I truly have had a great experience with this product.

I wanted something a little more user friendly. There were several other add on products with it that I had to pay for which I did not have any personal use for. The set up was tricky and tended to have glitches.

Good value for the money

As a relatively new realtor, I needed to find software that had the options I wanted. I also needed one that I could afford. IXACT was recommended by a fellow realtor in my office. I tried free CRM software, but you really did get what you paid for: clunkiness, fewer options, and inability to customize. IXACT is worth the cost.
