BoldTrail vs Property Shell: Which is best for you?

Keeping track of all your messages to your client via text and email in one program is great.

We entered the contract based on promises of automation, integration, and marketing tools, but the system has been unstable, glitchy, and poorly supported from the start.

Information is easy to find, integrations with Outlook and other external platforms work smoothly, and the reporting tools are extensive and mostly easy to use.

Having previously used a CRM which was not built for Projects (highly frustrating), and a CRM which was built for Projects and totally customisable for your company (as in, every single thing needed to be set up from scratch before the system was even usable - ie difficult, lots of work, frustrating and inefficient unless you had a dedicated staff member working on it 5 days a week), Property Shell is an absolute dream compared to those!
