About Lead Docket

Lead Docket is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution that helps law firms to track leads. Key features include a real-time dashboard, contact management, task management and reporting. It enables users to search, sort and filter lead as needed.

Users can track and store a lead's contact details, and leads can be filtered based on submission channel. Leads can be uploaded from internal and external sources. The solution allows users to create a lead database, as well as schedule appointments, meetings and phone calls. Users can also set callback reminders.

Lead Docket’s reporting feature can be used to track cost per lead, lead volume, revenue and other key performance indicators. Other functionalities include referral management, custom intake scripts and call tracking. The solution offers integration with third-party applications such as Google, Microsoft Azure, SendGrid and MailChimp.

Pricing is per user per month. Support is offered via email and over the phone.

    I really enjoy how we are able to keep everything in the system. From texts, emails and even documents we send out to our clients.
    Cons:
    The only thing I would change about Lead Docket is the fact that there isn't an auto-update feature.

    Lead Docket has been a huge asset for managing leads for our firm. It has a user-friendly interface that is easy to navigate for our intake team. Our favorite feature is that it syncs with Filevine, our client file management software, ensuring that data integration between platforms is more organized for our case management process. In addition, Lead Docket is highly customizable, allowing firms to tailor fields, reports, and automation to fit their specific needs. The Intake Dshboard is a quick way to digest all incoming leads, their status, and who they're assigned to. It also generates task flows, helping our intake team stay on track with automated reminders and structured processes that improve productivity and follow-up efficiency.
    Cons:
    As with other legal software, it does take some time to get used to and isn't super intuitive. It is bare bones in its appearance, making it difficult to look at until you're used to using the software.

    Some of the things don't stick and there is not a space for all info so we just put it in the accident description
