I like most that is I created company jobs profile account on LinkedIn and got good response from LinkedIn but I have temporary access of this account now management working on this and hire employee for multiple position.

Cons:

Nothing to like this because i have used this only temporary basis but easily created profile and manage easily.

Pros:

I love LinkedIn because its the Facebook version of connecting with professionals. I get pretty much all of my business leads using LinkedIN. I have used the premium and sales navigator but I use the organic approach by sending messages and connecting with potential clients

Cons:

I don't like how you have to purchase sales navigator to see a broad range of business leads, when you don't use sales navigator they limit your reach of clients and one time they locked me out of my account because I was sending messages and connections at a fast pace and they accused me of using both software which wasn't true at all

Pros:

I enjoy being able to connect globally and learn crom so many different businesses and walks of life. The structure is always professional and is less dramatic than other social feeds.

Cons:

Once Microsoft bought the platform it became very rigid and monetized. Now I'm seeing a lot of content that belongs on lower class social media platforms and lots of bot engagements with Ai written dribble.
