Housejet Review

I was initially skeptical when I signed up for HouseJet, but after completing the Fast Start training and seeing the systems and tools they have in place, I’m completely convinced. Everything is designed to support real success, and it shows.

The only downside is that there’s a lot to take in at first. The systems are powerful, so you do need to invest time in the training to fully understand everything—but that’s also what makes it effective.

Nothing, they screwed me over - promised quality leads, charged me 3000 dollars for a year of leads, promised if I didn't close 1 deal I would get my 3000 dollars back. After 12 months of leads THAT WERENT GOOD AT ALL. I ONLY SPOKE WITH ONE PERSON OUT OF 8+LEADS/MO FOR A YEAR. NOT ONE OF WHICH WANTED HELP OR ALERTS. AND I'M A GOOD COMMUNICATER. AFTER THE 12 MONTHS THEY SCREWED ME OUT OF ANY REFUND WHICH THEY PROMISED UP FRONT. HORRIBLE COMPANY I FEEL AT THIS POINT. THEY SHOULD STAND UP WHEN THEY DON'T COME THROUGH. AND THEY DIDN'T. Becuase they promised 12 leads/mo and 1 closing a year SO I wanted to give a try. To NO AVAIL and horrible back office support meaning they did not improve the leads or refund my money after 12 months of wasting time calling extremely bad leads

HouseJet does not sell or deliver “fake” leads, every contact in our system comes from real consumers who have opted into our marketing campaigns. While not every prospect is ready to transact immediately, they are authentic individuals who have expressed interest. Regarding our conditional guarantee, it applies only when all program requirements are met, including consistent account activity and adherence to the follow-up process outlined during onboarding. In this case, account usage and engagement requirements were not consistently fulfilled. Additionally, there are still unworked leads available in the account today, and notes reflect that several conversations showed potential opportunities. We understand the frustration when results don’t align with expectations, but we remain committed to transparency and support for all of our partners. I was nervous to get started. I hoped on a call and they answered EVERYTHING! I had so may questions and objections. They covered it all. Getting set up was simple and straightforward. Love the trainings- Short, to the point and unmatched energy! So excited!

Cons:

I wish I knew about this sooner! That is the only negative thing I have experienced this far. I’m very excited!

Reasons for switching to HouseJet

Leads were a guessing game and it’s very expensive.

HouseJet is clean, intuitive, and trustworthy — with just a few small design and readability tweaks, it has the potential to be an excellent real estate search experience.

Pros:

Warm, approachable typography — gives the brand a friendly, trustworthy feel right away. Clean, tidy layout — pages feel organised; content sections are easy to scan. Logical user flow — the primary tasks (search, mortgages, valuation) follow a sensible progression. Strong hero visuals — compelling imagery that sets the right tone (just needs tighter copy/spacing). Clear primary CTAs — calls-to-action are present and positioned where users expect them. Good foundation for multimedia — the structure will support adding videos/walkthroughs later without breaking the layout. Small fixes = big impact — most issues are polish (contrast, spacing, alignment), so improvements will be fast and high-return.

Cons:

Header contrast is weak (High) — orange on white reduces legibility and brand punch. Fix: Darken the header background and invert the menu/logo to white. Hero copy is too long and dense (High) — the main pitch doesn’t scan quickly. Fix: shorten and break into 2–3 lines (e.g., “Home Buying / & Selling / Made Easy”). Search page hierarchy problem (High) — “Leave a review” draws more attention than the search itself. Fix: Demote or move the review CTA so that search is primary. Mortgages page text overload (High) — large blocks of copy above-the-fold; users won’t read it. Fix: use bullets, accordions, or shorten hero content. Love the support, will see what's next

I’ve been with this company for about a year. They offer a wide range of tools and resources, and I’ll admit I didn’t fully understand or utilize everything the first time around. When I reached out near the end of my term asking what I’d missed, their team walked me through everything clearly and thoroughly. The support was straightforward, patient, and genuinely helpful. I’m continuing with the service and feel much better equipped to take full advantage of it this time. not clear in the beginning on how to use the tools. It was a lot of training, on boarding - I thought I did everything correct and yet still missed many steps.

HouseJet - Not just another CRM - Proven Marketing methods to enhance your Conversions

Join Housejet this year although knew of the company prior to even being called housejet. The training is great and once you are into the program you see how easy it will be to create processes that you can continually know to improve the flow of your leads. Most CRM’s share the best practices but housejet shows you how to put all the pieces together from beginning to the end. I have been in real estate for 14 years and been very successful and yes I have processes, but today while going through the system I realize that there are a few holes in my processes that HouseJet clarified with seeing thier processes. Some of which will save me some time in assisting my clients at the right time. Will follow up with a recap after a few months in the system but so far is well worth the investment.

Home searching was easy

The website is very easy to use and extremely user-friendly. I appreciate how simple it is to browse through listings and quickly find the type of home I’m interested in. One of my favorite features is being able to explore the surrounding area and nearby amenities. This really helps when comparing neighbourhoods and deciding whether a location fits my lifestyle. The photos for the houses are also high quality and very detailed. They provide a clear sense of each property, which saves time and eliminates much of the guesswork that typically comes with online home searching. Overall, the platform feels well-organized, informative, and very helpful for anyone looking to explore housing options.

Cons:

However, I did notice one issue. When I tried to get pre-approved for a home, I went through the process of answering several questions only to receive a message at the end saying, "We’re sorry, we are unable to receive mortgage inquiries for properties in the state of New York through this site at this time." It would have been more convenient if this message had appeared before starting the questionnaire, rather than after completing it.

In short, I would give HouseJet a thumbs up. Every time I call, someone answers, and it's a very intelligent, real human, who can communicate effectively. This is a lost art.
