Pros:

Everything has been good so far. I need to experience the help Iwill be given by Housejet and the leads that will be generated in my area before I can give a true rating. Also, when joining the company and paying my fee, the initial contact or the one who takes our money needs to let us know that there is an $87 fee to continue with all of the specialties after 60 days. That should be a part of the decision-making to join. I’ll do another review at the end of 60 days. Have a blessed day!

Cons:

Some listings could use more photos, floor plans, or neighborhood info. Advanced search filters (price per sqft, school district, age of house, etc.) are missing or hard to find.

Broken Platform, Unqualified Leads, Refused Refund

I enrolled in HouseJet’s Pay Per Closing program with the understanding that if I followed all the steps and didn’t close a deal in 12 months, I’d receive a full refund. Unfortunately, the platform never functioned correctly. I experienced constant technical problems—couldn’t log in consistently, leads were locked or frozen, call logging didn’t work, and even my uploaded contacts weren’t followed up on. I reached out multiple times through tech support and by phone and was repeatedly told they were working on it. When I asked if I needed to continue logging in while the system was broken, I was told I was “good to wait out the 12 months.” Leads I received were not remotely viable—most couldn’t qualify for a mortgage and had no real interest in buying. In my market, homes under $100K don’t exist, yet every lead I received was well below that price point. Despite completing the training and following their policies, I was denied the refund—and then locked out of my account. I filed a complaint with the BBB, the Missouri Attorney General, and my credit card company (AMEX). This company did not deliver what they promised and used fine print and system errors to avoid issuing the refund they advertise. Buyer beware.

Housejet seemed promising; the interface was good on the surface, and I liked the videos and training.

Cons:

The Automations did not work. Their customer service, though friendly was not immediately available and was not able to ever fix the system so that it would function properly. They did not honor their contract to refund my money.

Reasons for choosing HouseJet

Refunds are issued only when those conditions are fully met, and while we understand there can be challenges along the way, we did not find that those criteria were satisfied in this case. We also want to clarify that Leads are generated from genuine consumer inquiries, though it’s important to note that not every lead will be immediately sales-ready. I was nervous to get started. I hoped on a call and they answered EVERYTHING! I had so may questions and objections. They covered it all. Getting set up was simple and straightforward. Love the trainings- Short, to the point and unmatched energy! So excited!

Cons:

I wish I knew about this sooner! That is the only negative thing I have experienced this far. I’m very excited!

Reasons for switching to HouseJet

Leads were a guessing game and it’s very expensive.

Interactive and Timed Training

I like the fact that the lessons was categorized and timed. So, I can manage my time and learn what I specifically needed asap. The lessons were very detailed and most were interactive, hence we are bound to stay focus instead of just listening and multitasking- that was great for people like me with a busy mind. Obviously, it was a good training for beginners and those who needs a refresher course.

Cons:

I have not encounter that yet, I just recently joined. So, far I am still learning the system, I can update on that if there is a future need.

Easy to Use and Great Mobile App

I had a great experience using HouseJet to search for properties in the US. The mobile app is excellent with a super clean interface and easy navigation between map and list views. I really liked how they integrated financing options directly into the platform, making it easy to get pre-approved while browsing. The desktop version also works well with good search filters, though I prefer the mobile one. Overall, it's a solid platform for property hunting, especially if you prefer browsing on your phone.
