Pros:

Everything has been good so far. I need to experience the help Iwill be given by Housejet and the leads that will be generated in my area before I can give a true rating. Also, when joining the company and paying my fee, the initial contact or the one who takes our money needs to let us know that there is an $87 fee to continue with all of the specialties after 60 days. That should be a part of the decision-making to join. I’ll do another review at the end of 60 days. Have a blessed day!

Cons:

Some listings could use more photos, floor plans, or neighborhood info. Advanced search filters (price per sqft, school district, age of house, etc.) are missing or hard to find.

SIMPLY, I WAS LIED TO AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND THEN SCREWED OVER WITH THEIR "WARRANTY" OR "GUARANTEE OF 1 SALE". THEY DID NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND WERE UN CORDIAL WHEN COMMUNICATING THIS. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND RAN WHICH IS THE WORST WAY TO DO BUSINESS

Nothing, they screwed me over - promised quality leads, charged me 3000 dollars for a year of leads, promised if I didn't close 1 deal I would get my 3000 dollars back. After 12 months of leads THAT WERENT GOOD AT ALL. I ONLY SPOKE WITH ONE PERSON OUT OF 8+LEADS/MO FOR A YEAR. NOT ONE OF WHICH WANTED HELP OR ALERTS. AND I'M A GOOD COMMUNICATER. AFTER THE 12 MONTHS THEY SCREWED ME OUT OF ANY REFUND WHICH THEY PROMISED UP FRONT. HORRIBLE COMPANY I FEEL AT THIS POINT. THEY SHOULD STAND UP WHEN THEY DON'T COME THROUGH. AND THEY DIDN'T. I WILL KEEP WRITING REVIEWS AND SPREADING THE WORD THROUGHTOUT THE INDUSTRY IN PARK CITY, UT AND ALL OF THE COUNTRY

Reasons for choosing HouseJet

Becuase they promised 12 leads/mo and 1 closing a year SO I wanted to give a try. To NO AVAIL and horrible back office support meaning they did not improve the leads or refund my money after 12 months of wasting time calling extremely bad leads

HouseJet does not sell or deliver “fake” leads, every contact in our system comes from real consumers who have opted into our marketing campaigns. While not every prospect is ready to transact immediately, they are authentic individuals who have expressed interest. Regarding our conditional guarantee, it applies only when all program requirements are met, including consistent account activity and adherence to the follow-up process outlined during onboarding. In this case, account usage and engagement requirements were not consistently fulfilled. Additionally, there are still unworked leads available in the account today, and notes reflect that several conversations showed potential opportunities. We understand the frustration when results don’t align with expectations, but we remain committed to transparency and support for all of our partners. I was nervous to get started. I hoped on a call and they answered EVERYTHING! I had so may questions and objections. They covered it all. Getting set up was simple and straightforward. Love the trainings- Short, to the point and unmatched energy! So excited!

Cons:

I wish I knew about this sooner! That is the only negative thing I have experienced this far. I’m very excited!

Reasons for switching to HouseJet

Leads were a guessing game and it’s very expensive.

The platform is easy to use, most information is provided in detail for each home with good pictures. The site speed is good and there are no ads causing distraction. I was able to find a lot of houses.

Cons:

The animation when I first open the site was not comfortable for me but it stop after about a seconds.

What I liked least is that some listings don’t have enough details and aren’t always updated regularly. Adding more information and keeping listings current would make the platform even better.

Customer Experience Review

I used HouseJet to search for single-family homes in the Chicago area. The interface was very clean. I specifically liked the Web map. because it made it easy to visualize where the homes were located. The site loaded quickly, and the filters for price were intuitive to use. I think the mobile view /could be slightly improved for better readability. As a potential home buyer, I found the platform helpful for narrowing down listings without too much clutter. It’s a solid option for anyone starting their house hunt.

I love the the Web Map the most , because it is easy and quick to visualize where the homes are located .

Cons:

The mobile view should be improved for better readability, because not all home owners makes use of desktop so making the mobile view to be readable will be an added advantage
