the images/photos loading is sometime very slow or not loading at all, some page doesn't have menu or back button like in home value page, this makes user have to manually click back button in the browser.

Just so you know, when I switched BACK to a different, less complex CRM, I was up and running in a day and right back to making calls and taking notes on my clients, setting reminders, etc.

Terrible customer service. Will respond fairly quickly, but if it's not an extremely simple fix, they will just not respond after initial contact.
