    Sell.D sells their software under misrepresentation and features that don't work or are in development since years :)

    Absolutely disappointing. We made a big mistake in going ahead with Sell.Do, go with the industry standards of Salesforce and the like in your region. These guys also don't have full understanding of Real Estate's use cases, hence their offerings are also just half-baked

    Sell.Do at first glance seemed quite beneficial and cost effective because it is designed very much like the leading CRM tools ie Salesforce or Hubspot. And compared to the two, the pricing is very effective. But there is a reason why the pricing is so low. It doesn't serve upto the mark
    Cons:
    The support team themselves don't know what they are doing or have difficulty in understanding problems of their clients. Their support ticketing system works on email only and is absolutely lacklustre. There is unclear communication and clarification of pricing terms that is all gray area until you start digging deep to find out how exactly are you billed. Many features that breakdown way too often and certain features are created only as a showcase, but in reality their functionality does not exist. They use those features only as a hook to lure clients in.

    Seemed better at first glance, however it wasn't what the packaging described. And worst of all, the support team's involvement or urgency to accept their gaps and fix mistakes and bugs in the system is way too lethargic

    I like the TAT on any query raised. The customer support is excellent and sell do is very easy to use and great tool for our business also keeps tab on the data as well.
    Cons:
    Nothing much. everything was fine. Except the fact that there was difficulty in identifying spam calls. It would be easier if we can have an app or a mobile interface for the same if its possible. So that the same can be monitored while we are on the field.
