Automating Processes To Optimise Your Time

As a startup we need a lot of support and from the customer service we received really timely support from the installation phase to "how to" questions that we had. It was a very smooth transition from excel sheets as it helped us to cut down on administrative task.

In the sales environment, being able to reach out to your audiences/leads at the right time is always key in closing the deal. Sellful helps us to optimise our overall team's workflow from CRM to project management for us to manage our leads better. In return, we have received positive feedback from the team while reducing time on administrative task.

Cons:

We are good with the software so far. As a start up, cost was one of our factors in deciding which software to use. Sellful was inexpensive to us and we could install it right away.

Reasons for choosing Sellful

Cost was one of our biggest factor and two was actually the implementation aspect of it. As a start up we are interested in get going as soon as we call as we have sales numbers to chase. The alternative options required us to identify opportunities manually which kills time while Sellful helps us by automating that process based on our previous data.

Buyer Beware of "Lifetime" Deal

BUYER BEWARE: They don't offer a lifetime deal. The moment I connected my Stripe account, I was instantly charged $599 for an enterprise plan. Support ignored the unauthorized charge, denied a refund, and offered no resolution—despite screenshots and detailed messages. The platform is promising but half-baked, with minimal documentation and poor onboarding. You’re left to figure everything out and hand-hold clients yourself. Major disappointment.

Sellful offers a powerful platform with extensive features and integrations, but provides little to no support in learning how to use them. There are no in-depth tutorials or walkthroughs, leaving users to navigate a complex system entirely on their own.

Cons:

Promising concept, but poorly executed. There's virtually no documentation—just a few shallow video tutorials that barely explain how the platform works. You're left to figure out everything on your own, and worse, you're also responsible for onboarding your clients without any real support or guidance from the company. Their support team is an absolute joke.

Sellful is Useful

As a sales director, I really wanted an answer with CRM functionalities that will effectively help me construct and coordinate and deal with my clients. I prescribe this product to any individual who isn't that techy and any organization since it is cost-accommodating.

Cons:

My overall experience with Sellful software is that the software is one of a kind. For years, I have been designing websites, ERP, and CRM customization for my company, I have never come across a simple-to-use software like Sellful, the value pack offered by Sellful is amazing. You don't need to download any additional editing plug-ins for your website, Sellful has integrated its software in such a way it's easy to maneuver and edit your Website to your desire. More so, the software offers Distribution Management, Document Storage, Drag & Drop, Email Marketing, and Employee Management which makes it easier to manage your website and more so all the incoming Emails for the business. In general, it is just the perfect software for businesses to use in boosting and managing their sales and products.

Sellful comes with a full-packed website builder with easy-to-use features. One feature I like in Sellful is the advanced CRM and ERP functionality. I also recommend the software to my team as it has a unique feature (the drag and drop ability) which makes it easier to use.

Cons:

The only problem with Sellful is the trial period. The team needs to increase the trial period so that more people can have apple time in engaging with at least 70% of all the features the software has to offer.
