Pros:
The product is easy to use and has proved to be a very effective way to reach clients. The key for me is the system works. The fact that my clients engage (both positive and negative) is a huge win.
Cons:
I wish I would have started using the product sooner. I don't have any complaints to this point, but will be curious how I feel 6 months down the line.

Rocket Referrals will help you stay in touch with existing and new clients. They will also help add that "personal touch" with the cards they send out.

Rocket Referrals works as advertised. They do a great job of following up with clients and prospects. I receive a lot of positive feedback with the handwritten cards that are not really handwritten but look like they are.
Cons:
It's a bit too pricey in my opinion but they do give you value for your money. I would recommend if you are part of an organization to try and leverage a discount.

Amazing Concept

I have been using Rocket Referrals for over 6 months to reach out to our customer base. The rocket referrals team has been helpful every step of the way. They have a great support staff that regularly checks in on how things are going. They do a great job of training new users on how the system operates. We have had a huge positive response from our customers because of this program.

The means to collect and organize my clients into one area that allows our company to track customer satisfaction surveys and our net promoter score. Additionally, you can make meaningful contact with your clients with the use of USPS cards that thank them for a referral, welcome them to your business, wish them a "happy birthday" or just thank them for being loyal.
Cons:
Depending on your client database size, it could be cost prohibitive to your organization if you are a small business.

We just started using Rocket Referrals a couple months ago and so far think it's great! It's encouraging to get good reviews and hear testimonials from satisfied customers. It's also good to know if a customer is not completely satisfied so we can address any concerns. I recommend Rocket Referrals.

I can track referrals, helps reach out to clients and know exactly what we can do better, and the fact we can reward our clients with ease
Cons:
I wish there was a place to put notes and easily see them upon returning to the screen, and custom emails for birthdays could be set up for automatic on that day with out having to find them click on them all the time.
